Job summary

UNSW is seeking a Senior Learning Designer to drive LMS transformation across the University. You will shape the primary digital interface for educational delivery, liaising with academic staff and central units to support high-quality curriculum aligned with UNSW's strategy.

You will guide design, assessment and feedback practices and lead projects from concept to operation. You will work across divisions to build strong relationships, provide expert guidance on learning design, and contribute

Qualifications

• Qualifications in education/learning design or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting academic staff in higher education, especially assessment and curriculum design.
• Familiarity with learning technologies used in assessment.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise LMS solutions and build capability to improve staff and student experience.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to enable innovative teaching and curriculum renewal.
• Research pedagogical innovations and evaluate emerging learning technologies.
