Easter Health is seeking an Associate Program Director, Lived and Living Experience Workforce in Melbourne. This senior role drives the design and delivery of mental health services that actively include voices of people with lived experience.

Qualifications

• Must have direct Lived/Living Experience in Victorian public mental health system.
• Senior leadership experience in healthcare or related sectors.
• Ability to influence, partner effectively and drive change across services.
• Formal qualifications in Peer Work or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and delivery of mental health services capturing voices of Lived/Living Experience.
• Inform leadership, policy, advocacy and organisational change through lived experience.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams to advance service quality and engagement.
• Support a diverse team to deliver high-quality care and lived experience integration.
