Job summary

Department of Health Victoria in Melbourne is seeking a Lived and Living Experience Evaluation Lead to direct the evaluation of the Lived and Living Experience Workforce Development Program, ensuring voices and human rights remain central.

Working across the organisation and with external stakeholders, you will apply research and evaluation expertise and co-production practices to refine the evaluation framework, lead data collection and analysis, and translate evidence into actionable insights

Qualifications

• Lived experience with mental health challenges or as a family member is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in evaluation design and methods.
• Experience applying co-production principles to research, policy or service improvement.

Responsibilities

• Refine and implement evaluation strategy and framework for the program.
• Lead the 12-month evaluation, coordinating data collection, analysis and interpretation.
• Provide specialist evaluation advice and manage complex methodological decisions.
