Qualifications

• Must have personal lived experience of mental health challenges or as a family member, carer, supporter or kin.
• Demonstrated lived expertise through working in a Lived and Living Experience role and applying it to inform practice, service improvement, research or policy.
• Substantial research and evaluation experience, evidenced by a PhD or at least five years in a mental health research/evaluation role.

Responsibilities

• Refine and implement the evaluation strategy and framework for the Lived and Living Experience Workforce Development Program.
• Lead the delivery of the evaluation over a 12‑month period with data collection, analysis and interpretation from multiple sources.
• Provide specialist evaluation expertise and independent methodological advice in design and implementation.
