Qualifications

• Personal lived experience of mental health challenges is mandatory.
• Demonstrated lived expertise in Lived Experience roles informing practice and service improvement.
• PhD or minimum five years in research/evaluation in a mental health-related field.

Responsibilities

• Refine and implement the evaluation framework for the Lived and Living Experience Workforce Development Program.
• Lead data collection, analysis and interpretation over a 12-month period across multiple data sources.
• Provide independent methodological advice and advice on complex or emerging evaluation issues.
