Job summary

Quantumminds is seeking a Technical Service Engineer to join a level 3 team delivering expert IT support for client environments and L3 Wintel incident management within the ITSM framework.

The role requires strong experience with Microsoft servers, Active Directory/Identity, Linux, VMware, Citrix, scripting, and ITIL certifications, with NV2 clearance as a requirement. Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in L3 Wintel incident management and support
• ITIL V3/V4 certification or equivalent
• NV2 security clearance is required
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 Technical Support and administration via client ITSM toolset within SHI timeframes
• Participate in client projects as needed
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Develop and update Detailed Level Design documents
