DHL Supply Chain is seeking an experienced Senior IT Systems Analyst to support the delivery, optimisation, and ongoing support of supply chain IT solutions. This role ensures IT solutions align with DHL’s strategic direction and represents DHL IT to internal and external stakeholders.

You will collaborate with operations, stakeholders, customers and vendors to deliver high-quality, standardised IT solutions while enabling continuous improvement across live and new systems.

Competenze

• Demonstrated capability in delivering IT solutions to external customers
• Background in IT role within a 3PL or Supply Chain environment
• Hands-on involvement in Supply Chain solution configuration and/or operational support
• Strong knowledge of database design, SQL query development, and integration using APIs
• Tertiary qualification in IT, Business, or Management

Mansioni

• Maintain awareness of DHL’s strategic direction and ensure IT solutions align with country, regional and global requirements
• Project delivery and Continuous Improvement to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to processes
• Understand, configure, implement and test IT solutions
• Analyze requirements and translate into objectives with delivery within estimates
• Document and share new processes with country and regional IT teams
• Own and drive IT strategic programs and communicate progress to senior stakeholders
