Job summary

DHL Group in Australia (NSW) seeks a Senior IT Systems Analyst to drive delivery, optimisation and support of supply chain IT solutions. You will partner with operations, vendors and stakeholders to implement standardised systems that align with DHL's IT strategy.

The role focuses on configuring, testing IT solutions, documenting processes, and leading IT programs with senior stakeholders while contributing to continuous improvement across live and new deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT solutions for external customers in a 3PL or supply chain context.
• Hands-on involvement in configuration, testing, and support of IT solutions.
• Strong ability to analyse requirements and translate into actionable tasks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of DHL’s strategic direction and ensure IT solutions align with country, regional and global requirements.
• Deliver projects on time with continuous improvement and standard processes.
• Understand, configure, implement, and test IT solutions.
• Document and share new processes with country and regional IT teams.
• Own and drive IT strategic programs and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
