Job summary

Universal Store is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst - Supply Chain to join our Technology team at the Eagle Farm Support Office in Brisbane. Reporting to the Enterprise Platforms Manager, you will support and evolve the systems underpinning our Distribution Centre and supply chain operations.

You'll partner with business and IT, shaping the technology landscape, driving improvements, and delivering practical solutions that enable efficient operations across a growing retail business.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Systems Analyst or Senior Systems Analyst.
• Tertiary qualification in IT/IS/Business or equivalent.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and integrations.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain and Warehouse processes.
• Proven ability to gather and document business requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyse Supply Chain systems and workflows to identify improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Design system enhancements and integrations.
• Support Supply Chain and DC platforms ensuring stability.
• Develop functional specifications and process documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams across development, testing, deployment.
• Facilitate workshops to drive alignment.
• Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior analysts.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and trends.
