Job summary

Laing O'Rourke is seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our Corporate Information Technology team in Brisbane. This permanent full-time role supports staff nationwide from the Brisbane head office.

The candidate should have an IT qualification and at least five years of related experience. Key responsibilities include handling incidents via email, phone, and face-to-face, troubleshooting devices and using ServiceNow for ticket management.

Qualifications

• Requires IT qualification and at least five years’ related experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Experience with Microsoft AD, Exchange, Cisco Call Manager, ServiceNow and Intune is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality IT service desk support to staff nationwide via email, phone and face-to-face.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with mobility devices, computers and tablets.
• Utilize Service Desk software to log, track and close incidents and requests.
