Laing O'Rourke is recruiting a Service Desk Analyst to join our Corporate Information Technology team at the Brisbane head office. This permanent, full-time role supports national IT operations, providing high-quality service desk assistance to staff across the business.

• Provide quality IT service desk support for end users via email, phone and face-to-face.
• Troubleshoot IT assets including mobile devices, computers and tablets and escalate as needed.

About the role

Laing O'Rourke is recruiting for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our Corporate Information Technology team responsible for providing support nationally. This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in our Brisbane head office.

Key responsibilities

Working with our Service Desk software, you will be providing quality customer service and troubleshooting IT assets such as mobile phones, computers and tablets via email, telephone and face to face.

About you

You hold a relevant Information Technology qualification and bring a minimum of five years’ related experience. You are also capable of working independently and have demonstrated experience in the following areas:

• Microsoft Active Directory
• Microsoft Exchange
• Cisco Call Manage UCM
• ServiceNow
• Microsoft Intune
• Excellent communication skills over the phone
• Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities (and experience)
