Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management in a complex matrixed insurance or financial services org.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget and resource constraints.
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders to influence outcomes.
• Proven capability to drive organisational transformation and change management.
• Experience negotiating complex contracts to secure favourable commercial terms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver large complex projects and initiatives within scope, time, and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans aligned with methodologies and track progress.
• Provide governance, financial, and milestone updates on schedule.
• Identify, elevate, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with stakeholders.
• Lead opportunity analysis using data, process analysis, and cost–benefit assessments.
• Coordinate across business and project teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Manage diverse teams including delivery partners, internal resources, and vendors.
