Job summary

CKI Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale transformation initiative within a complex enterprise environment. You will oversee project planning, execution, governance and reporting to ensure delivery outcomes align with strategic objectives.

Working across business and technology stakeholders, you will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and forecasts, identify risks, and provide clear reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale transformation projects.
• Proven delivery experience across business and technology environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities.
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasts and delivery plans.
• Ability to navigate complex organisational structures and competing priorities.
• Insurance or Financial Services experience will be highly regarded.
