Job summary

Enterprise IT Resources is hiring a Project Manager / Delivery Lead - Cyber in Sydney CBD to drive complex IT and cyber security initiatives from planning through implementation.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements while engaging senior stakeholders and vendors. This fixed-term role offers a dynamic delivery environment and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex IT, cyber security, or business transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing project budgets, resources, and third-party vendors.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of cyber and technology projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple project workstreams.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and governance requirements.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, vendors, and executive sponsors.
• Oversee procurement activities and vendor performance where required.
• Ensure compliance with cyber security, risk, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular project reporting and clear communication on project progress and outcomes.
