Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) in Sydney seeks a Contracts Manager to lead review and negotiation of commercial contracts for technology products and services. The role requires in-house experience, a law degree, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision.

You will collaborate with sales, finance, and counsel, prepare contract summaries, and use CLM to track processes from start to finish while delivering practical, business-friendly solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in contracts.
• In-house legal experience preferred.
• Bachelor's in Law or Master's in Law required.

Responsibilities

• Review, redline and negotiate customer contracts and third-party terms.
• Collaborate with other departments and engage subject matter experts.
• Draft, structure and negotiate terms independently and with in-house counsel.
• Liaise with internal teams for legal reviews and RFP risk assessments.
• Prepare contract summaries for non-standard terms and use CLM to track processes.
