Job summary

Wesfarmers, based at the Blackwoods National Support Office in Macquarie Park, is seeking a Contracts Officer to review, negotiate and manage customer and supplier contracts. This role supports the Sales, Pricing, and Legal teams to ensure commercial soundness while protecting the business.

The successful candidate will have experience in legal, commercial, procurement or contract management environments, with strong negotiation skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate and manage customer and supplier contracts.
• Identify contractual risks and develop practical solutions with stakeholders.
• Support Sales with contract negotiations and guidance on commercial positions.
• Facilitate contract approvals and endorsements in line with company policies.
• Maintain and manage contract records and databases.
• Partner with Pricing Teams to assess commercial viability of new agreements and renewals.
• Collaborate with insurance and legal stakeholders to mitigate business risks.
• Support complex tenders and negotiations to drive positive commercial outcomes.
