Job summary

World Wide Technology in Sydney seeks a Contracts Manager responsible for reviewing, redlining and negotiating customer contracts for technology products and services. You will coordinate with sales and other teams to ensure legally compliant proposals and timely contract execution.

You will work closely with in-house counsel on non-standard terms, maintain contract summaries, and manage the CLM lifecycle from start to finish, balancing business needs with risk controls in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in contract review/negotiation.
In-house legal department experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Review, redline and negotiate customer contracts for technology products and services.
Collaborate with sales and other departments to engage SMEs as needed.
Draft and structure contract terms independently and with in-house counsel.
Serve as primary liaison with internal legal to handle non-standard requests.
Review RFPs for legal risk and guide compliant proposals.
Create contract summaries for non-standard terms and approvals.
Use CLM to track contract review from start to finish.
