Job summary

Verra Mobility in Melbourne seeks a Senior Contracts Manager to lead the contract lifecycle for its International business across APAC and EMEA. You will guide proposals, master services agreements, subcontracts and renewals, working with Sales, Finance and Delivery to close deals on time.

You should have 7+ years of contracts experience, direct government negotiation exposure, and hands-on CLM experience (Icertis, Ironclad, Agiloft or similar). Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of contracts experience with government and enterprise customers.
• Experience negotiating across APAC or EMEA regions.
• Knowledge of public procurement and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle management across APAC and EMEA from opportunity to wind down.
• Draft, review and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, subcontracts and NDAs.
• Identify and mitigate liability, indemnity, IP and data privacy risks.
• Maintain templates and governance playbooks for standardisation.
