Job summary

Bespoke Careers is seeking a Senior Interior Designer in Melbourne to lead Design & Construct workplace projects, guiding client briefs from concept to construction delivery and ensuring outcomes align with strategy.

You will mentor teams, drive design narratives, manage buildability, compliance, and value management while maintaining strong client relationships and hands-on front-end leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of interior design experience, with workplace interior project delivery in a Design & Construct environment.
• Strong capability in client-facing roles, pitching and winning work.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and complex project workflows.
• Solid understanding of construction, buildability, documentation, costing and value management.
• Working knowledge of Revit, building codes and Design & Construct delivery models.

Responsibilities

They are seeking an experienced senior interior designer with experience in a D&C environment to lead complex workplace projects, build client relationships and inspire project teams. Key Responsibilities

Lead workplace projects from early pitch and concept through to construction delivery

Drive client presentations, design narratives and front-end engagement with confidence

Skills & Experience
