Bespoke Careers - Melbourne is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead design and delivery of complex Design & Construct workplace projects in Melbourne. You will guide front-end concepts, articulate design narratives and drive projects from concept through construction with a confident, collaborative approach.

The role demands senior leadership, strong client engagement and a thorough understanding of documentation, cost control and buildability to translate ideas into built environments

Qualifications

• 10+ years of interior design experience in workplace projects.
• Strong client-facing skills with business development know-how.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and complex workflows.
• Solid understanding of construction, documentation, costing and value management.
• Working knowledge of Revit, codes and D&C delivery models.

Responsabilités

• Lead workplace projects from early pitch and concept through to construction delivery.
• Drive client presentations, design narratives and front-end engagement with confidence.
• Oversee project teams, providing direction, mentorship and design leadership.
• Ensure projects meet best-practice workplace strategies, compliance and commercial objectives.
• Guide documentation, construction coordination, value management and D&C processes.
