Job summary

ZipHQ, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to lead onboarding for new customers and drive implementation of our enterprise procurement platform.

You will work hands-on across diverse industries, configuring the product to meet customer requirements, training users, and coordinating with product and engineering to shape the roadmap.

The role emphasizes proactive project management, clear communication, and a passion for delivering fast time‑to‑value for Zip's clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Procurement/Sourcing Manager, ERP/P2P Systems Consultant, or managing B2B SaaS relationships.
• Experience implementing or administering procurement tools/ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.
• Comfortable collaborating with product and engineering teams.
• Willing to push back when needed while keeping customers happy.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new customers with a focus on requirements and configuring the product to solve problems.
• Own end‑to‑end implementation, building customer processes from scratch.
• Lead training and Q&A sessions to empower customers to self‑serve.
• Manage projects across multiple onboardings to track requirements and tasks.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to prioritize requests and set expectations.
• Ensure customer happiness and accelerate time‑to‑value post‑sale.
• Continuously improve post‑sales processes for faster value realization.
