Job summary

impact.com is seeking an Integration Engineer to configure, implement and launch client accounts. You will own the client relationship during onboarding, answer questions, and lead training on platform adoption. You will also learn impact.com technology and contribute to technical solutions with cross-functional teams.

You will stay up-to-date with platform capabilities, manage onboarding for new accounts, and drive projects to ensure timely implementations and accurate client metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
5+ years in a tech-focused role, preferably in digital marketing or technology companies.
Experience with integration on SaaS platforms and external customer-facing support.
Familiarity with affiliate and/or digital marketing industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Stay current with impact.com platform capabilities and industry trends.
Manage a portfolio of new accounts during onboarding and ensure metrics are accurate.
Include all stakeholders in discussions to confirm setup items and next steps.
Drive projects forward, surface blockers, and keep timelines on track.
