Job summary

Vcluster, a VC-backed tech startup building AI infrastructure, seeks a Customer Success Engineer to own onboarding and drive customer outcomes from day one. This remote role engages with customers across hyper-growth AI Clouds and Global Fortune 500 enterprises, ensuring they realize maximum value from their investment.

You will lead end-to-end onboarding, coordinate architecture workshops, and foster proactive partnerships with Platform Engineering and DevOps leadership to expand relationships

Lead end-to-end customer onboardings—from sales handoff through project close.
Coordinate architecture workshops, platform installation, access setup, integration configuration and readiness reviews.
Build deep relationships with Platform Engineering, DevOps teams, and executive buyers.
