Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, sustainment, commercial management, or acquisition activities within large organisations.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and provide strategic advice.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of supportability and sustainment strategies across complex capability programs.
• Provide strategic advice to senior Defence and industry stakeholders.
• Manage critical sustainment risks and opportunities.
• Lead the delivery of ILS outcomes that support capability readiness, affordability, and operational effectiveness throughout the capabilities life cycle.
