Cleared Recruitment is seeking a Senior Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager for a 12-month contract with multiple locations across Australia. You will support sustainment and operational readiness of complex, mission-critical systems within a Defence environment, working with engineering, operations and project teams to develop effective sustainment strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Integrated Logistics Support, sustainment management or logistics engineering.
• Experience developing and implementing ILS or sustainment programs for complex systems.
• Experience supporting mission-critical systems such as aviation/ISR.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate ILS activities to support system sustainment and operational readiness.
• Translate system requirements into practical sustainment and support solutions.
• Analyse availability, reliability, maintainability and lifecycle cost data to identify risks and improve outcomes.
• Support sustainment reviews, design gate reviews and project approval boards.
• Develop and maintain acquisition and support documentation in line with Defence policies and frameworks.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, engineering teams and service providers.
• Manage competing priorities, schedules and deliverables to support project objectives.
