As an EL 1 leader, the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager exercises a high degree of independence, accountability, and judgment to lead the development and implementation of supportability and sustainment strategies across complex capability programs.

The role provides strategic advice to senior Defence and industry stakeholders, manages critical sustainment risks and opportunities, and leads the delivery of ILS outcomes that support capability readiness, affordability, and operational effectiveness throughout the capability life cycle.

About our Team

The ILS team is responsible for the planning, development, and delivery of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) outcomes that ensure AESA capabilities are supportable, sustainable, and operationally effective throughout their life cycle.
