Job summary

Skilliphy seeks an experienced ILS professional to lead planning and analysis of Integrated Logistics Support for defence projects in Canberra. The role reports to the Project Manager and ILS Lead, with no subordinates.

You will develop government gate documents, advise on program requirements, and contribute to IPMP/SEMP/TEMP/FPS while engaging stakeholders and supporting procurement and cost modelling. Australian citizenship is required due to security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop Government Gate approval documents, support concepts, plans, and contracts for ongoing support.
• Advise the Project Manager on ILS Program requirements.
• Contribute ILS input to broader project documentation, including IPMP, SEMP, TEMP, and FPS.
• Actively engage with stakeholders and participate in meetings.
• Developing ILS concepts and plans.
• Supporting FIC workshops and conducting FIC analysis.
• Assisting with the Government approval process
• Conducting systems analysis, including sparing and maintenance evaluations.
• Contributing to the CLC process.
• Clarifying logistics policy and legislation for Defence stakeholders.
• Developing business cases, scope, costing, and managing contracts and procurement activities.
• Drafting responses to correspondence, briefs, and reports on logistics management.
• Assisting the Project Manager in developing ILS schedules and cost model inputs.
