• Significant experience in institutional sales or asset management.
• Proven track record of originating opportunities and contributing to revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of investment markets and products.
• Confidence engaging senior investment professionals and other sophisticated stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand as required.

Responsabilités

• Originate and develop new business opportunities across the institutional and investment markets.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through proactive outreach, networking and relationship development.
• Engage senior stakeholders and investment decision-makers, establishing credibility and identifying potential investment opportunities.
• Present and communicate investment strategies and solutions, translating complex investment concepts into clear commercial propositions.
• Develop a thorough understanding of financial markets, portfolio construction and investment products, including equities and fixed income.
• Manage opportunities through the sales cycle, from prospecting and initial engagement through to progressing new business.
• Build and maintain relationships with key market participants, consultants and other relevant industry contacts.
• Work collaboratively with internal investment and client service teams to support business development and client engagement.
• Monitor market developments and identify opportunities to expand the business's presence across Australia and New Zealand.
