Job summary

Northern Land Council is seeking a Senior Injury Management and Wellbeing Adviser in Darwin to coordinate workers compensation, injury management and return-to-work processes across staff in head office and regional networks.

You will provide specialist wellbeing advice, lead early intervention and psychosocial risk initiatives, and support leaders with recovery strategies while reporting on outcomes to the WHS Manager. Remote travel within the NT may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in injury management and wellbeing within a workplace.
• Ability to coordinate workers compensation, return-to-work processes and wellbeing initiatives.
• Strong cross-cultural communication and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workers compensation, injury management and return-to-work plans.
• Identify recovery barriers and arrange early intervention.
• Develop and evaluate tailored wellbeing initiatives.
• Advise leaders on psychosocial risks and recovery support.
• Analyse trends and report on risks, actions and outcomes.
