Job summary

Perth Airport, Western Australia’s gateway hub, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex infrastructure and capital works. You will oversee projects from planning through to completion, ensuring safety, on schedule, within budget and aligned with business objectives.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams and engage with sponsors, regulators and internal stakeholders. We value proactive leaders with a strong track record in major infrastructure programs,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in project delivery or related field.
• Experience delivering complex capital projects (typically $5M–$100M).
• Background in major infrastructure, aviation, health, defence or similar.
• Strong project controls, scheduling, cost forecasting and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of capital works ensuring scope, budget and schedule adherence.
• Define objectives and deliverables through stakeholder governance processes.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies with mitigation strategies.
• Develop schedules, resource plans and delivery programs.
• Build relationships with sponsors, contractors and regulators.
• Monitor performance, budgets and forecasting with reporting.
• Lead meetings, governance reviews and stakeholder engagements.
• Mentor project teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee closeout and handover with lessons learned.
