Working closely with the Network and Systems Administrator, you will provide high-level technical support and take ownership of key ICT systems, including Microsoft Intune, Azure technologies, and backup solutions. You will proactively drive service delivery through efficient ticket management, problem solving, automation, and mentoring frontline IT support staff.

Full time employment, working 70 hours across a 9-day fortnight. Salary from $79,939 to $86,334 per year + 12 % super, depending on skills, experience and qualifications in accordance with Council's Salary System and the Local Government State Award.
