Job summary

Ethos Beath Chapman in Sydney seeks a Senior Analyst to drive Information Governance across both physical and digital records. You will ensure proper classification, retention, and destruction aligned with regulatory standards and risk controls.

You will partner with Risk, Legal and Technology teams to embed governance into new solutions, develop dashboards, and manage supplier relationships for external storage and records services.

Qualifications

• Experience in Information Management or Records Management.
• Experience in regulated environments and audits.
• Knowledge of lifecycle management, compliance and controls.
• Ability to partner with Risk, Legal and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve classification, retention and destruction frameworks.
• Ensure records are properly classified, retained, retrieved and disposed of.
• Manage the transition from physical to digital records.
• Develop governance dashboards and executive reporting.
• Oversee external storage/records suppliers, including contracts and costs.
• Embed governance controls into new solutions with Technology and Product teams.
