Job summary

Empire Group is seeking an experienced Licensed Conveyancer to lead end-to-end residential conveyancing in an in-house role. You will manage from contract through settlement, coordinating with purchasers, solicitors and financiers to ensure seamless transactions.

The role requires 3–4 years' independent experience, strong PEXA and platform skills, and a collaborative, mentoring mindset in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work with two days WFH is offered in Sydney CBD.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Conveyancer qualifications.
• 3–4 years' experience managing conveyancing matters end to end.
• Experience across residential property transactions and a mix of private practice and in-house.
• Proficient with PEXA and conveyancing platforms; familiar with Salesforce & CTS.

Responsibilities

• Manage end to end conveyancing matters across a high volume residential portfolio.
• Prepare, review and issue contracts, disclosures, variations and settlement documents.
• Coordinate settlements via PEXA and manage critical dates and conditions.
• Liaise with purchasers, solicitors and financiers to facilitate transactions.
• Utilise CTS, Salesforce and other platforms to manage matters efficiently.
• Monitor settlement deadlines and ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Support and mentor junior team members while maintaining accuracy.
