The role suits a lawyer with 5–8 years post-admission experience, who thrives in a technology-enabled environment and wants to influence growth. Flexible, eastern-state capital city base with interstate travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5–8 years post-admission experience in property law and conveyancing.
• Experience handling NSW and/or Victoria transactions.
• Ability to manage files independently from start to settlement.
• Strong client relationships and stakeholder management.
• Comfort with modern legal technology and conveyancing platforms such as PEXA, Smokeball or TriConvey.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential and commercial conveyancing from contract review to settlement.
• Advise on acquisitions and disposals across multiple jurisdictions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and property professionals.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements.
• Support growth of the practice and leadership initiatives.
