Senior Property Lawyer | Residential & Commercial Conveyancing
Work remotely. Influence growth. Practise property law differently.
This is not your typical property lawyer role, and it's certainly not your typical law firm.
You'll be joining a rapidly growing, digital-first property practice that is redefining the way legal services are delivered. Working alongside a highly regarded founder and a national team, you'll play a key role in supporting residential and commercial property transactions across Australia, with a strong focus on New South Wales and Victorian matters.
The business has invested heavily in technology, streamlined systems, and modern ways of working. As a result, lawyers can focus on delivering exceptional client outcomes rather than battling administrative inefficiencies.
With significant growth on the horizon, this is an outstanding time to join the business at a senior level and help shape its next chapter.
This position is ideally suited to a lawyer with 5-8 years' post-admission experience who enjoys autonomy, thrives in a technology-enabled environment, and wants to be part of a business that is scaling nationally.
You can be based in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Hobart or another eastern state capital city, working fully remotely or in a hybrid arrangement.
You'll handle a diverse mix of residential and commercial conveyancing matters, while also contributing to client relationships, operational improvements, mentoring junior team members, and the continued growth of the practice.
There will be occasional interstate travel to connect with colleagues, clients and industry partners.
