Job summary

Entry Conveyancing is seeking a dedicated conveyancing professional to join our team and help build a client-focused practice in the property sector.

You will manage end-to-end residential and commercial transactions, review contracts, prepare documents and coordinate settlements, while ensuring a clear, proactive client experience and timely updates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years practical experience in running conveyancing files.
• Strong knowledge of Conveyancing or Property Law.
• Confident and proficient in completing contract reviews.
• Ability to run VIC matters including residential and commercial transactions.
• Experience with managing Commercial matters or Leases is highly regarded.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage high volume.
• Experience with legal practice management software (TriConvey).
• NSW conveyancing experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

About the role
