Based in Potts Point, you will manage daily files from commencement to completion, greet clients, handle exchanges, draft settlement figures, liaise with banks and clients, and support on-boarding, conveyancing, and stamp duty matters during

Qualifications

• At least 6 years' experience in all aspects of property law, as a Licensed Conveyancer or experienced property paralegal.
• Excellent presentation with strong command of the English language and communication skills (written and verbal).
• A proactive approach to initiative and problem-solving, with a strong client focus.

Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting clients, answering phone calls, mail distribution, and general administration
• Attending to exchanges and preparing well-drafted precedent post-exchange correspondence
• Drafting settlement figures and liaising with banks, agents, and clients regarding settlements
• Assisting other staff members with the general running of files, and vice-versa
• Managing on-boarding, conveyancing, and tax/stamp duty matters
• Opening files, drafting and exchanging contracts
