FactSet Pacific, Inc. - Australia is seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist to join our Implementation Team in delivering Performance, Analytics and Risk Solutions.

You will work with an Implementation Project Team to lead client implementations, becoming an expert across FactSet’s analytics products and ensuring high-quality, scalable workflows. You will gather business requirements, translate them into solutions, and collaborate with data integration, product development and engineering

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience with performance and risk analytics.
• Strong technical background and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop expert knowledge across FactSet analytics products.
• Gather client requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Design high-quality workflows for client implementations.
• Collaborate with data integration teams on extracting/transforming/loading data.
• Communicate progress and manage scope with project stakeholders.
• Provide training and support for client users.
• Bridge feedback between clients, product development and engineering.
