FactSet is hiring a Senior Consultant in Australia to join the Client Success team. You will work with leading financial institutions to solve business challenges and deliver value through technology.

The role targets professionals with 2–4 years’ experience in financial services, technology, or consulting eager to grow a FinTech career. You will manage client initiatives and collaborate across teams to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in financial services, technology, client service or consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting.
• Australian Citizen / Australia PR / New Zealand Citizen.
• Passionate about technology in finance.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge across our products and the financial services industry.
• Build trusted client relationships and understand their goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve client workflows and use of the FactSet product suite.
• Take ownership of client initiatives and coordinate with internal teams.
• Drive client adoption, engagement, and retention.
• Share feedback to help drive product improvements.
