Job summary

FactSet seeks a Senior Implementation Specialist to join our Implementation Team, focusing on delivering Performance, Analytics and Risk Solutions to clients. You will work with a Project Team to lead successful client implementations, becoming an expert across the analytics suite and collaborating with data integration teams.

You will translate client requirements into scalable workflows, communicate effectively with sophisticated users, and help transition implementations to ongoing support.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience working with performance and risk analytics.
• Strong technical background.
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert across FactSet’s analytics suite and industry knowledge.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to gather requirements and translate them into solutions.
• Develop high-quality workflows for clients that are scalable and reliable.
• Lead data extraction, transformation, and loading tasks with data integration teams.
• Provide user training and support the development of training programs.
