The role suits graduates or finance professionals with 2–4 years of experience and a passion for finance tech. You will build strong client relationships, identify optimization opportunities, and lead cross-functional efforts to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in financial services, technology, client service, consulting, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting preferred.
• Passionate about technology and its application in finance.
• Eager to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Strong communicator and relationship builder.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge across FactSet products, client workflows, and the financial services industry.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and understand their business goals and priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve client workflows and utilization of FactSet product suite.
• Take ownership of client initiatives and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve client adoption, engagement, and experience.
• Contribute to client retention and growth through commercial awareness.
