Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience leading complex, multi-year technology implementations.
• Experience in implementing a financial system within a bank, insurer, or asset manager is highly valued.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build relationships and drive consensus in client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project delivery of client implementations utilizing FactSet's iterative implementation methodology.
• Accountable for program governance, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, decision management, escalation, and executive-level reporting.
• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed program plans, RAID logs, and weekly/monthly status reporting; identify risks and bottlenecks; drive mitigations.
• Lead client readiness, training, cutover planning, and transition to production; ensure operational stability.
• Own project financials, burn-down tracking, and change control aligned with client statements of work.
