Job summary

ProcurePro is hiring an Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end implementations for Australia's top construction projects. You’ll guide project teams from discovery through activation and become a technical leader within the Professional Services team.

With 3+ years in implementation or project management, you’ll excel at stakeholder engagement, challenging customers, and turning messy processes into a centralised procurement solution. A strong SaaS background is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a comparable Implementation or Project Management role.
• Excellent stakeholder management, including at executive levels.
• Comfort challenging customers and managing expectations.
• Love of process and methodical to-do lists.
• High ownership and exceptional organisation.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own implementations end-to-end from kickoff to activation.
• Run workshops and training with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Transform chaotic documents and processes into a centralised procurement solution.
• Improve team processes, templates, and tools.
• Own handover with seamless transitions between lifecycle phases.
