Job summary

Flywire seeks a Senior Implementation Consultant I to join our global team. You will act as a subject matter expert for student receivables and eCommerce integrations, delivering best practices, training, and change management to client organizations worldwide.

You will develop documentation, support onboarding, and mentor new hires while contributing to product and customer success metrics in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in Higher Education (Student Finance preferred).
• Knowledge of Higher Education ERPs like Oracle, Banner, Colleague, Unit4, SAP, and Workday.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Knowledge of implementing and configuring payment software.
• Experience in training software end users for both functional and technical minded customers.
• Understanding of the broader payment processing industry.
• Ability to travel up to 15% to client sites and for internal meetings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global teams and customers to implement student receivable and eCommerce solutions.
• Provide product best practices, system training, onsite support, and change management expertise.
• Develop and maintain complex product documentation with PM and Eng.
• Conduct remote and in-person training for client super users and adopters.
• Contribute to product vision with customers and teams.
• Assist in onboarding documentation and training materials for consultants.
• Mentor new hires on products, integrations, and procedures.
• Support data gathering and customer success metrics with the Senior Manager.
• Foster an innovative culture and positive customer experience daily.
