Job summary

Flywire is seeking an experienced Senior Implementation Consultant I to join our global team. You will serve as a subject matter expert for product areas, leading student receivable and eCommerce implementations with a focus on higher education.

Travel up to 15% is expected as you collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver best practices and training. You will develop documentation, train end users, and contribute to product vision while mentoring new hires and supporting

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in Higher Education (Student Finance preferred).
• Knowledge of Higher Education ERPs like Oracle, Banner, Colleague, Unit4, SAP, and Workday.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (written and oral).
• Knowledge of implementing and configuring payment software preferred.
• Experience in training software end users for both functional and technical-minded customers.
• Understanding of the broader payment processing industry.
• Ability to travel up to 15% to client sites and for internal meetings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global teams and clients to implement student receivable and eCommerce solutions.
• Provide product best practices, training, onsite support, and change management expertise.
• Develop and maintain complex product documentation with product management and engineering.
• Conduct remote and in-person training/testing sessions for client super users.
• Contribute to product vision through collaboration with customers and stakeholders.
• Support onboarding materials and mentor new hires in implementations.
• Assist with data gathering and analytics for success metrics.
• Foster an innovative culture and positive customer experience daily.
