Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior Security Principal – Identity Security to lead identity security architecture and governance across global environments. You will drive standards, roadmaps and hands-on delivery of Entra ID, Active Directory, hybrid identity, authentication and workload identities.

You will mentor teams, influence senior stakeholders and partner with cyber security, cloud, infrastructure and applications to deliver secure identity solutions in a large-scale, regulated setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IAM, identity security, or related field.
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise IAM in large environments.
• Leading identity security initiatives and architecture reviews.
• Strong expertise with Entra ID, AD and hybrid identity environments.
• Experience with governance, PAM, CA and modern auth technologies.
• Knowledge of federation, SSO, identity lifecycle management and PKI.
• Ability to influence security outcomes across large, regulated environments.
• Excellent communication and technical leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical authority for enterprise identity security architecture.
• Define enterprise identity security strategy, standards, and roadmaps.
• Lead design and implementation of Entra ID, AD, and hybrid identity services.
• Strengthen IAM capabilities: CA, MFA, passwordless, PAM, RBAC.
• Establish identity governance and lifecycle management across the enterprise.
• Provide architectural oversight for federation, SSO, workload identities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver secure identity solutions.
• Lead identity security initiatives including migrations and major projects.
• Improve threat detection, monitoring and automation using Microsoft tools.
• Mentor teams and advise senior stakeholders on risks and best practices.
