Job summary

LAB3 is seeking a Principal Consultant to join its Security Practice and lead enterprise-grade Microsoft security solutions across cloud, hybrid, and identity platforms. You will shape architectures, drive delivery, and act as a trusted security advisor to senior client stakeholders.

You will mentor engineers, lead security workshops and roadmap engagements, and contribute to reference architectures while maintaining hands-on engineering involvement when required.

Qualifications

• Senior-level leadership with hands-on engineering involvement when required.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Azure security services and cloud-native controls.
• Experience leading complex security engagements for enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Microsoft security engagements from strategy to delivery.
• Architect and build Microsoft Sentinel environments with analytics and SOAR.
• Provide leadership across Defender XDR and Cloud deployments.
• Design hybrid/cloud identity security architectures including Entra ID.
• Embed security into IaC/CI-CD pipelines and lead DevSecOps practices.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, conduct workshops, and produce deliverables.
• Support pre-sales, contribute to security reference architectures, mentor staff.
