Job summary

KBR Australia is seeking a Senior Security Principal – Identity Security to lead enterprise identity security architecture and governance. You will shape standards, roadmaps and hands-on delivery across Entra ID, AD, hybrid identity, and authentication solutions.

You will mentor teams, collaborate with cyber security, cloud, and applications teams, and drive initiatives including MFA, PAM, SSO, and identity governance in large, regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IAM, identity security, or related cyber security fields.
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise IAM in large environments.
• Led identity security initiatives and enterprise transformation programs.
• Strong expertise in Entra ID, AD and hybrid identity environments.
• Knowledge of PAM, CA, identity governance and MFA/passwordless tech.
• Familiarity with SSO, federation, PKI, and certificate services.
• Clear communication and senior stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical authority for identity security architecture and governance.
• Define and drive enterprise identity security strategy and roadmaps.
• Lead design and optimization of Entra ID, AD, and hybrid identity services.
• Strengthen IAM controls including CA, PAM, and least-privilege access.
• Architect application identity, federation, SSO and workload identities.
• Mentor teams and provide guidance on security risks and best practices.
