KBR in Australia is seeking a Senior Security Principal – Identity Security to join our global Cyber Security team. This senior technical authority will shape identity security strategy, standards, roadmaps and hands-on leadership across Entra ID, AD, and hybrid identity initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IAM, identity security, or related fields.
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise IAM in large environments.
• Leading identity security initiatives and architecture reviews.
• Strong expertise in Entra ID, AD, and hybrid identity.
• Experience with PAM, Conditional Access, and modern auth.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior authority for identity security architecture and governance.
• Define enterprise identity security strategy with standards and roadmaps.
• Lead design/implementation of Entra ID, AD, hybrid identity and auth.
• Strengthen IAM capabilities including CA, MFA, PAM, RBAC and least privilege.
• Establish identity governance and privileged access controls enterprise-wide.
• Provide architectural oversight for identity services and certificates.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver secure identity solutions.
• Lead tenant migrations, cloud transformation and major projects.
• Improve threat detection and automation using Microsoft security tools.
• Mentor teams and advise on identity security risks and best practices.
