Job summary

KBR in Australia is seeking a Senior Security Principal – Identity Security to join our global Cyber Security team. This senior technical authority will shape identity security strategy, establish technical standards and roadmaps across Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and hybrid identity.

You will lead design, implementation and governance of identity services, collaborate with stakeholders across cloud, applications and infrastructure, and mentor teams while maintaining NV1 or higher

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in identity and access management (IAM) and security architecture.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise IAM solutions in large, complex environments.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory and hybrid identity.
• Experience with PAM, Conditional Access and modern authentication technologies.
• Knowledge of PKI, certificate services and identity security best practices.
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise identity security strategy and roadmaps.
• Lead design, implementation and optimisation of identity services (Entra ID, AD, hybrid identity).
• Mentor teams and advise senior stakeholders on identity security risks and best practices.
• Collaborate with cyber security, cloud, infrastructure and application teams to deliver secure identity solutions.
